Lifetime Enclosures, Inc. hereby provides the following warranty to the original purchaser on the premises on which the enclosure was originally installed.

• We warrant the framing material to be free from manufacturing defects and that under normal use and service the aluminum frame will not fail structurally for the life of the purchaser. (The painted aluminum will maintain most of its manufacturer’s color; however, atmospheric conditions and sun exposure may cause fading and/or discoloring not covered under this warranty.)
• We warrant the roof panels to be free from manufacturing defects and that under normal use and building practices will not delaminate for a period of ten (10) years from date of purchase.
• We warrant the workmanship on the enclosure for a period of five (5) years from the date of substantial completion against original defects.

Lifetime Enclosures, Inc. will assume 100% of the cost of material for warranty replacement. Replacement parts supplied under this warranty are warranted for the life of the purchaser. If the part or component originally installed is no longer available and Lifetime Enclosures, Inc. decides to provide replacement, we reserve the right to substitute such part or component of equal price and/or quality.

The above warranties are extended to the original purchaser. This warranty is transferable to a succeeding purchaser of the residence on which the enclosure was originally installed. To transfer, send a letter and a transfer fee of $100.00 to Lifetime Enclosures, Inc.: 5521 Chronicle Court, Jacksonville, FL 32256 within 30 days of the original transfer of the property.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.

Condensation of the glass and non-thermally broken aluminum is a natural result of humidity within the home and/or temperature changes, and does not indicate a defect. Salt and chemical exposure, as well as normal wear items (door hardware, closers, fasteners, etc.), are excluded from this warranty.

In the event of a failure of material or workmanship covered by this warranty, please notify us in writing. You may be asked to return the failed part to our factory for inspection prior to replacement. We reserve the right to perform an on-site inspection.

*Our limited lifetime structural warranty applies to glass-enclosed sunrooms only. This warranty is optional for most other products and can be purchased at the time of sale.

Lifetime Enclosures, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser against glass and screen breakage for the life of the enclosure. This warranty covers breakage from any cause other than storm, fire, or acts of God, limited to a maximum of two (2) vents per year and six (6) vents total.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.

Claims must be submitted in writing by the original purchaser. No action, in law or equity, may be commenced more than six (6) months after the defect is or should have been discovered.

Customer must bring the broken glass vent or screen frame to Lifetime Enclosures for repair or replacement. This warranty applies only to removable glass vents in glass-enclosed rooms and does not cover frame repair or pool/screen enclosures.

Lifetime Enclosures, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser against vinyl window damage for the life of the enclosure. This covers replacement of damaged clear or tinted vinyl from any cause other than storm, fire, or acts of God, limited to two (2) vents per year and six (6) vents total.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.

Claims must be submitted in writing by the original purchaser. No action, in law or equity, may be commenced more than six (6) months after the defect is or should have been discovered.

Customer must bring the damaged window frame to Lifetime Enclosures for repair or replacement. This warranty applies only to vinyl window enclosures and does not cover frame repair.
